Restless souls, how do thee find rest? I love how Jesus in this verse,
encourages us to learn from Him. The all-knowing, Almighty God tells us
to know, understand, and follow His ways. The most awesome thing about
it is His assurance that He, the all-powerful God is "humble and gentle
in heart." Doesn't that blow your mind? How He describes Himself in this
verse gives us a picture of what compassionate, kind, gracious Father
God we have. Not only that, He promised that when we learn from Him, we
will find rest for our troubled souls. Let us continue to know more
about Jesus and His ways on our daily walk with Him. Only in Him we will
find the absolute peace we need everyday.
