Christ delivered me from myself, my selfish self. Christ taught me how to live according to His Father's purpose which in return benefits me and the people around me.
- In what ways can you identify with Mary Magdalene?
Being delivered from the things I thought I knew. Selfishness, arrogance, pride ruled my life for years, but like Mary Magdalene, as she continued to abide with Christ, listening and witnessing His goodness and miracles, the scales on her eyes fell down. I once was blind, but now I see.
